Trading involves risk, including financial loss. Krishism is not responsible for profits, losses, financial outcomes, or actions taken based on any content shared on the Platform.

3. USER CONDUCT

Users must not engage in harassment, hate speech, misinformation, spam, threats, or malicious activity. Any attempt to harm, exploit, or disrupt the Platform is prohibited. We may remove users from the Community at our discretion.

4. PAYMENT, FEES & NON-REFUND POLICY

By making any payment to Krishism (including, but not limited to, course fees, community access fees, mentorship charges, or digital product purchases), you agree to the following:
– All payments are final and non-refundable, under all circumstances.
– We do not offer refunds for accidental payments, change of mind, dissatisfaction with content, or failure to use the services provided.
– Access may be revoked if a user violates rules; revoked access does not qualify for a refund.
– Chargebacks or fraudulent disputes will result in permanent bans and possible legal action.
– If payments are processed through third-party platforms, you must comply with their terms as well.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, branding, materials, and design elements are the property of Krishism. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is not permitted.

6. THIRD-PARTY LINKS

We may provide links to external websites or services. Krishism is not responsible for the content or policies of third-party platforms, including Discord.

7. COMMUNITY SPECIFIC RULES

By joining our Discord server, you agree to Discord’s Terms of Service and Krishism moderation guidelines. Moderators may remove content or restrict access as needed.

8. AMENDMENTS

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Krishism is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from Platform use. All content is provided “as is.”
